You agree to:

• Not abuse or overload our systems
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime
• Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
• Unused quota does not roll over to the next billing period

You retain all rights to animations you create. We grant you:

• Full commercial rights to your generated animations
• Ability to export and use animations without attribution
• White-label rights for Pro tier subscribers

Our platform, technology, and branding remain our property.

• We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for paid tiers
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for third-party service disruptions
